Lisa Kasanicky

Lisa and her husband have called Scottsdale home since 1999. After a serendipitous visit to a Valley resort spa after their move, Lisa discovered a new calling and created AZSpaGirls.com in 2002 as a way bring the spa experience to a new generation of relaxation seekers. She has since developed spa and travel guides for numerous lifestyle publications and also penned "The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Girlfriend Getaways" along the way. The center of her family's world is a handsome little guy named Richard, who came to them through the blessing of adoption. She recently (and somewhat reluctantly) took up scrapbooking and still contributes to various magazines and websites between volunteering at her son's school and picking up Legos.
