Alison Edelstein is an Arizona native and mama to two sweet and wild girls, ages 6 & 10. Some of her favorite things include singing with her girls, taking care of her indoor plant babies, local coffee shops, yoga, and finding ways to live a less toxic and more earth-friendly life. As a person with IBS and Anxiety, she feels that sharing our stories helps us feel less alone and builds momentum toward the ever growing holistic health movement.
