My Girls are Going Wireless: Search Begins for the Perfect Wireless Bra

My girls are going wireless. I’m not talking technology like phones or iPads, I’m talking about switching to wireless bras! I’m 36 years old, and have two kids under the age of 5. I literally just quit nursing my son who is 2.5. And I’ve been wearing underwire bras since I was 12. I’ve been busty since puberty and haven’t been less than a C cup since highschool when I weighed in at 110lbs… 

Well now I’m a busy entrepreneur-mom with 2 businesses, 2 kids, and lets just say that I’ve got some baby weight and some sleepless-night weight and I’m rocking a 32D right now finally after stopping the nursing. I don’t anticipate them getting any smaller even with my weight loss plan in place but I’m tired of being uncomfortable! I’ve tried all the bras out there. I’m a connoisseur of the underwire bra market. I don’t flinch about spending $60-$80/bra. That’s just been a part of my life. But I’m over wanting to rip the confounding things off by 2pm every day. I have a rib issue from years of bra wearing and I’m just OVER. IT.

I’m suddenly beginning to understand how women slowly slide into wearing clothes from Chico’s and the like… A lifetime of physical torture of bras and thong underpants and jeans and support garments and we finally just throw in the towel and choose to wear mumus and clothes with enough fabric for a family of 4 to camp underneath. My hope is that I can prevent that slide by a simple change in the bra. 

If you’re anything like me, you see at least five bra ads every day on Facebook or Instagram and a lot are touting new wireless tech that is comfortable and supposedly holds up the ladies. Well, I’m bankrolling an experiment and after reading a number of other sites’ recommendations for wireless bras for big chested women, I’ve purchased 8 bras that are on their way to me to personally test them out and give you my top picks. I wish I could say I was hopeful, but in reality I feel like I’ll be spending the rest of my life in underwire jail. Or switching to all sports bras like some of my other chesty friends.
