Open the windows, open the doors; it’s time for spring cleaning! The best part is that they are all made of healthy and eco-friendly materials – and are all available at local stores.

Take advantage of the beautiful weather and cruise around your neighborhood in style with the PlasmaCar. With the capacity to hold up to 250 pounds, this self-propelled car will extend your fun by child and adult to take turns. Pound and Tap Bench by Hape Toys-The Doll House and Toy Store- $30
This colorful wooden toy is actually two toys in one: a classic tap bench with three colorful balls and a hammer to stimulate your toddlers mind, and a xylophone that slides in and out of the bench. This toy is mostly made of wood and non-toxic paint. This toy also makes a great gift for a second birthday! You can get yours at The Doll House and Toy Store at the Scottsdale Road and Thunderbird. Tea Set by Green Toys– The Doll House and Toy Store -$28
This tea set is another great find at the Doll House. You can rest assured that your little one’s tea party is fun and functional with a plastic tea set that you can actually drink out of. Green Toys has won countless awards for their toys made from recycled milk bottles and non-toxic dyes. They are also made in the US!
Organic Stroller Toys by Miyim – Zoolikins $11-$17
Zoolikins is an adorable boutique in Old Town Scottsdale that is has a reputation for being a Mecca for cloth diapers and knowledge. They also are known for carrying high-quality toys. One line of toys I am in love with are the line of stroller toys they carry from Miyim. Miyim is a brand loved around the world for the super-safe materials used in manufacturing, including organic cotton and food coloring dye used on the fabric. It doesn’t hurt that they come in the most adorable shapes including an ear of corn and the Cat in the Hat. You can stroll with ease knowing that your baby is chewing on soft and safe material.
