Arizona Language Preparatory is FREE public charter school with grades k-6th. The goal is for their students to become fluent in three languages simultaneously. These langues include English, Mandarin, and Spanish. ALP offers small class sizes, 20 students or less, and all of their instructors teach in their native languages.

Why Spanish? Over 400 million people in the world are native Spanish speakers. With a high amount of Spanish speakers in Arizona, being fluent in this language will give your child an edge in the local community and business world. The Spanish language is becoming essential in the workplace and great for travel.

Why Mandarin? It is the number one language spoken in the world, with over 1 billion native speakers. Colleges and employers be impressed, and being fluent in Mandarin will open up a world of opportunities for your child as they grow.

    This sounds like an incredible program. It’s amazing how quickly kids are able to pick up languages (especially in comparison to our adult brains). Starting them young can have such a positive, profound impact on futures. Great information.
