What I’m making with my Thanksgiving leftovers today

1

Greetings on this fine turkey hangover day! I truly hope that your day yesterday was filled with happy memories, love from family both near and far, and a second helping of pumpkin pie.

Now that the kitchen is cleaned up and the dishes are put away I have a question for you: what ARE you going to do with all that turkey and stuffing? The temptation is to simply recreate the exact same meal as the night before…right? I mean just plate and re-heat and you have Thanksgiving #2.

Well if the idea of less-than-inspired leftovers leaves you more hungry than when you ventured in to the kitchen, then look no further than these three yummy sandwich ideas!

Seems simple enough right? These are most certainly a step above and look so delicious, it is hard to believe they are leftovers!

  1. You make your leftovers sound great! I ended up doing more shopping than eating this weekend because I realized that it was time to replace my Down Jacket with a new one and I wanted to get a head start on my holiday shopping. I found some great deals on both at Burlington Coat Factory. I love my new winter coat and I couldn’t believe I was able to save $50 on it.
