I knew the first time I walked through the doors of Sweet Republic that I was in for a real treat. And obviously Bon Appetit thought the same thing as they voted this little Scottsdale Ice Cream parlor one of the Top 10 Ice Cream Shops. Cool, huh?
As the temps get warmer and warmer (as we know they will), be sure to cool off at this dessert shop specializing in ice cream, sorbet, and gelato. The ladies of Sweet Republic use locally sources all natural ingredients and make everything in house (whipped cream, brownies, waffle cones, etc).

Steph’s Fri Date Night Tip: 1) Must try flavor: Salted butter caramel. 2) For those interested in board games, they have a handful available at Sweet Republic which makes for a fun date night.
